As a company of long-standing tradition dating back to 1923, we place a great deal of importance on sustainability and development.
This means that we always prioritize long-term success over short-term gains. We see Integrity as an elementary component of our corporate culture and each of us is responsible to promote this quality in everyday business.
In order to be able to meet this requirement, it is important to us to find out about potential misconduct and to stop it.
We therefore offer all employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and other people the opportunity to contact us in a protected area via this whistleblower system and to report events or incidents to us. You decide whether you want to remain anonymous. We check every report, follow up on it consistently and inform you about the processing and outcome of the check. Our whistleblower system ensures the protection of informants and those affected. All reports will be treated confidentially.
In order for your report to be processed appropriately, it is important that it is as specific as possible and that your descriptions are easy to understand. Please let us know: What happened? Who was involved? When did it happen? How did it happen? Where did it happen?
When the report has been filed, a report key will be generated. Please copy the key and keep it on file securely. You can use this key to log back in to the system subsequently and track your report.
